Because our boxes include dog toys, treats, and small gift items, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll do our best to help.
